Banks' Sports Board has been duly registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, Registration No.BOM-88/87 G.B.B.S.D. dated 26th February, 1987 and registered as a Public CharitableTrust under the Bombay Charitable Trusts Act, 1950 Certificate No.F-11845 (Bombay) dated 20th April, 1987.

Objectives :

The Banks' Sports Board (BSB) is promoted by IBA to promote, assist and organize sports, games, cultural & social activities, fine arts, etc. in the banking industry & thereby, facilitate health, welfare and recreation of the bank employees and members of their families. To sponsor, organize and arrange facilities for tournaments, coaching camps, exhibition matches, sports, cultural activities, games, competitions, etc.
MEMBERSHIP
All the Ordinary and the Associate Members of the IBA shall be the Ordinary and the Associate Members of the Board respectively.
