Visit by Export Development Canada (EDC)
|
A delegation consisting of Ms. Tabinda Haider, Economist, EDC, Ms. Tejdeep Kaur, Economic Analyst, Canadian High Commission and Mr. Denis Chouinard, Counsellor, Canadian High Commission visited IBA on 28th November, 2003. EDC has a similar role to that of India's EXIM Bank and ECGC. The purpose of the delegation was to get a better understanding of the Indian economy and the market in order to assess the risk of doing business in India. ECD has identified India as one of the top 10 priority marketsthe program useful.
