Case Study Competition

Overview

To promote knowledge-sharing and research within the banking industry, the Managing Committee approved the first-ever study competition, with Union Bank of India leading the initiative in its inaugural year, 2024-25. The competition will rotate among member banks in subsequent years, fostering collaborative learning and innovation in HR practices.

The inaugural edition of the competition, conducted in collaboration with Union Bank of India, attracted remarkable participation, with 102 insightful case study submissions across six thematic areas. Each submission underwent a rigorous evaluation by external jury members with domain expertise, ensuring excellence and relevance to contemporary banking challenges. Ultimately, 18 winning case studies were selected, recognizing innovative strategies in banking operations, technological advancements, and customer-centric approaches. To further enrich industry-wide knowledge dissemination and professional development, the winning case studies are made available for download.
